Delete Old Information Many people don't know this tip. It's important for you to delete old profiles and information as soon as these things are no longer necessary. When it comes to profiles this can include outdated business or customer information. When it comes to old employee profiles by not deleting them you're creating more access points for cybercriminals. You aren't likely to check on the unused profiles so you won't notice problems until it's too late.  ## 4. Do Routine Updates Many people ignore the update requests on their computers. After all updates take time away from your day and time is money.  In reality these updates are helpful. They can include important security patches alongside helpful improvements.
